how do i run two os at the time

i want to run two os at the same time. I'm running ubuntu but i want to run backtrack off usb. How do i do this?

You can do this by running the second operating system on a virtual machine. Download Virtualbox at http://www.virtualbox.org/ and install the other OS on it. I hope this documentation will help https://help.ubuntu.com/community/VirtualBox
