Could someone please provide an example /etc/hal/fdi/policy/*wacom.fdi in which not just the stylus, but also the cursor and the eraser are enabled?

This is not yet possible in Intrepid but might be fixed in Jaunty. See https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wacom-tools/+bug/293564
