there is a native utorrent for Linux, there are also plenty of native torrent clients for Ubuntu (It even comes with Transmission) so why you are using uTorrent in wine is anyones guess.

is that all you want wine for?

is that all you want wine for? means u r saying that there no need of wine to install on linux.that what i understood from that word.sry for not exactly the meaning of the word.

means linux had all its own independent applications softwares packages for all specified particular works.

now i have downloaded the utorrent linux version from utorrent website it had downloaded in the form of tar.bz file how to install it.
and only thing is it had auto shutdown option.that what i had observed in windows.

µTorrent for Linux is still in alpha, meaning it's not done yet.

You might want to try either Transmission, Deluge or one of the many other bittorrent clients available through the Software Center. You'll find them much easier to install, and more stable.

As for the the Auto Shutdown feature, I can tell you that both Transmission and Deluge can start a script of your choice, when they have finished downloading, giving you the option to shut down your computer.
