croatian character encoding for XChat

I was try too found, in the settings for croatian language package, but i did not found noane.I have to say, that i am totaly beginner and my English is wery bad (writing).I have installed Ubuntu 6.06.
Sorry for my bad English.

It seems that it has not been translated, if you know someone that can add the translations, might want to check out the following link.
