Keyboard numeric keys not recognized

Asked by Daniel Spahn

At some point my numeric keypad quit working. top number keys are fine. All other users are fine. I have tried changing keybrd type to no avail. I think a configuration file for my user account was corrupted somehow. If so can I edit/correct.

Hi Daniel,

Just Go here to solve the Issue.
System - Preferences - Keyboard - Go to Mouse tab - Untick the Pointer can be controlled using the keypad (If Ticked).

Hope it helps you..

karthi10, the hardest problems are self inflicted ones. Pointer got ticked somehow.
