left click wont work in mousekeys ubuntu 11.10

Asked by chris

i have just purchased a new keyboard , a logitech k360 for my desktop computer running with 1 gb of ram. i have a mouse, but dont like to use it. so i turned on mouse keys. it worked fine, but stupid me, i was playing around with all the function keys that were on the keyboard, and i mustve hit something because now, whenever i go to left click something, it right clicks it ( i mean whenever i hit the 5 key, it right clicks and the only way i can open up a new tab and such is by hitting open in new tab) but i cant left click anything at all ( which means i cant change into that tab i just opened- i pretty much cant do anything ). any ideas on either what i couldve pressed so i can press it again, or possibly a way of resetting whatever i mustve changed?
thanks in advance for being the best community out there for help with stuff like this.
