How do I turn off Sticky Keys in Ubuntu?

Asked by Sean Moroz

Hello.
How can I turn off the Sticky Keys in Ubuntu?
I want to turn them off so the second letter won't come uppercase, too when I start typing with Caps Lock.
EXAMPLES: HEllo, BYe, UBuntu

Someone please help!
Thank you,
Sean

In dash open 'Universal Access' and under the typing tab you can turn them off there....

That does not help.
When I still start typing with Caps Lock, the second letter comes uppercase, too.
