I Need a translator/converter program for an TNEF based e-mail I received

I could use some help please, I received an e-mail from my local Public Transit Company regarding an emergency meeting that was written in an TNEF or DAT based type code that Ubuntu didn't have a translator/converter program for and I wanted to read it. Is there such a program available, I researched it on line and I read a source that said it's an Microsoft based source code. Thank You

microshaft formats are proprietary. why don't you just call the office up and ask them about it?
