Record button not showing in zapping tv viewer

Asked by BInod

I have ubuntu 11.04, Intex pci TV capture card & zapping tv viewer. My card is detected (I can see inputs as Television, Composit 1, composit2 & S video) But I do not see record button to record videos. When I press capture mode, following error is displayed:
"Cannot start capturing: /build/buildd/zapping-0.10~cvs6/src/tveng25.c:enable_capture:2752: ioctl VIDIOC_STREAMON failed: 16, Device or resource busy"

Earlier I could capture videos in windows xp with this card. Card manufacturer do not provide drivers for ubuntu.

I apologize, but I will have no time these days.

Try those:

http://zapping.sourceforge.net/Zapping/Help.html

Perhaps someone else will answer on this forum.

Thank you very much for the support. I am able to capture the video through VLC media player. I have only a small issue that file size of captured video is very large. I hope I should be able to solve it soon.
