No connection in Nautilus and Tomnoy

Asked by OMulti

File synchrinzation (over Nautilus) and Tomboy notes don't work anymore. First tests were successful and I still can login over the browser and see fiels and notes but when trying to connect to Ubunt One form Nautilus or Tomboy it doesn't work. There is no error message and not any other reaction seen.
When starting the appplet from Menue > Anwendungen > Internet > Ubuntu One it shows the preferences dialogue, so should be logged in, but there is no synchronization or message.

I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One isn't working properly for you. Unfortunately, we don't have enough information on either problem to determine what the cause is. Can you submit a bug report by right-clicking on the Ubuntu One client applet and select "Report a Problem"? This will start a bug report and attach debug logs to help us identify the cause of the problem.

For Tomboy, can you file a separate bug report by following these steps?

1. Quit Tomboy
2. Open Applications->Accessories->Terminal, and run:
tomboy --debug > ~/tomboy_debug.log

3. Try to reproduce the behavior and then file a bug report here: https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntuone-servers/+filebug
4. Attach ~/tomboy_debug.log to the bug report

Thank you,

Joshua
