Printing Problem

I am trying to install a Windows Network HP Office Jet Printer 4215 all in one printer on my Ubuntu box, I can not find the drivers, I did find one for the 4200 in the drop down list when add this printer, but it start the printed and then stops and will not print, any Ideas ?? how to add the HP 4215 driver to this list??

The is not the correct place for this quesiton as Ubuntu One is a separate product that Ubuntu. However, since I can answer it, I feel obliged. Typically HP are recognised. If you have problems though, the Community pages for Ubuntu are invaluable. Using Google works well to :)
