Make Unity look more professional

Make Unity look more professional, with smaller icons, smaller texts, less dull colors... please make that sidebar fixed, what`s the point of making it autohide?

When you click on Dash home button, make that window smaller, more professional. Make Unity cleaner, smaller... is that possible?

Regarding the "autohide", you can turn it off in Compiz.

Currently, it's possible to do that for the launcher. After you install CompizConfig Settings Manager, you can make the launcher icons smaller in the experimental tab of the Ubuntu Unity plugin, under the desktop category. In this tab, you can also change backlight mode to "backlight toggles" to make the launcher less colourful.
