Applications Pull-Down Menus

How do I access a pull-down menu of applications by catatory? (Internet, Office, Games, etc)

It looks like Dash presents me with a pile of all applications that provides me no organization.

In the right side of Dash, you have an option called “Filter results”. Click it.
