add an ignore option to never download again a deleted wallpaper

Hi,

I am using variety in order to get a huge favourite wallpapers database that loop on desktop.
I don't want to keep wallpapers that are "almost" good...

So I always need to "delete to trash" fetched wallpapers one-by-one that I don't really love enough.
Of course I cannot get the perfect filter on wallhaven or any website to fit to my desires !

The problem is : If I delete to trash a wallpaper, this one will be downloaded again by variety...so it's useless.

A solution could be an "ignore" (as a "delete to trash (never download again)") option that delete a wallpaper and flag it somewhere to an ignore status that will be controlled by variety before download a wallpaper.

Maybe a solution already exists...
