Boot from your Windows 7 dvd (or repair CD) to a repair prompt and run: bootrec.exe /fixmbr

PS... this problem only affected your windows bootloader in the drive Master Boot Record (MBR). It has not touched any of the data on your drive (both Windows and Ubuntu should boot normally after applying the above fix).

The Wubi megathread on Ubuntuforums http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1639198 discusses the problem (Problem #1). If you read further down you can prevent future problems by applying the permanent fix including locking packages grub-pc and grub-common.

Can you help with this problem?
