Right click on Computer, Properties, Advanced system settings, Startup & Recovery settings. Check that Ubuntu is an entry in the "Default OS drop down" (but DON'T set it as default). Check the "Time to display list of operating systems" is set to 10.

Please can you post your wubi log file on http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/ and return the pastebin address back here?

The log file would be in the %temp% directory, called wubi-xx.xx-revxxx.log
Thanks

I think I know the answer - when I made new partition to install ubuntu on it, windows has changed my hard drive from basic to dynamic so I had to reinstall windows to undo this change :) now I've got formatted hard drive and I've installed ubuntu with no errors :) thank you for reply - I think we can close this topic for now :)
