Exception Processing Message c0000013

When I try to install Ubuntu using wubi.exe, I get a message saying "Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75985138 82f996dc 759851d8 759851d8", and it won't go away. I restarted my computer a couple of times, and I still get the same problem. I'm using Windows XP Server 2003, Intel Celeron D 330. Can anyone help out a really confused man?

Hey Henry,

I suggest you to download a fresh copy of Ubuntu from official site. and burn disk slow. and try again.

It looks like a loop but it's not. Click through them or else review the bug and try to eliminate plugged in devices etc. that may be causing it.
