It says 'pyrun.exe - No Disk' 'There is no disk in the drive, Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk1\DR1

When I start my autostart from my disk. It shows an error, the title:pyrun.exe - No Disk
The description says:
'There is no disk in the drive, Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk1\DR1

You can either click through the message - it seems like a loop but it's not. Or identify the device and remove it (but you shouldn't have to).
