How do you increase space in the Amount and Total Column to make room for more digits?

I have been trying to increase room in the Amount and Total Column to include more digit but it wont just work. I need help in increasing the digit placements. The problem is that it wont drag outwards.

Thanks for asking, I've linked the bug that when fixed should make it always have the correct size. This is pretty easy so I'll fix this for 0.8.1 (by sizing to the widest amount/total) which should be released in a few days, look out for it in the PPA!
