I told you in the last question you asked about this.

In your installation package, you create a second shortcut. You call the
shortcut Xibo Client Options and it runs the same executable as the main
shortcut, except you add o as a command line option.

There is no second executable.

If you need an example, install the Xibo project released client and look
at the shortcuts it installs and copy those!

Please don't keep spamming the forum asking the same question over and over
again.

It depends on the installer you use.

I'd suggest asking in a forum appropriate to the installation software
you've chosen to use.
